Visited F45 Griffith today and came away super impressed. Andy is really welcoming, energetic and gets the best out of everyone. I don’t know how he is everywhere all at one but there is no slacking off 5 would definitely recommend
Absolutely enjoyed the gym and the training sessions. Andy and Phil are great trainers and motivators and will help you along the way. Gym is spacious and clean with new equipment. Worth a try whether you are visiting or a local.
Best training atmosphere - Andy and Phil are in their element, plus the members at Griffith.. I feel I'm missing out when i missed a class ! Really great coaching, support in technique, plus I think the only local with AC - I keep coming back every time I'm in town !
I'm a F45 member in Victoria and decided to go to the Griffith gym while working out of town and it was a real highlight of the week. Both Andy and Phil were very welcoming, which was nice when away from home. The F45 classes are always good, but they put their own stamp on it; engagement with customers, personal critiquing of your technique, safely pushing you that little bit harder, beyond your comfort zone. The pricing was good and made it a 'no brainer'. If I'm in Griffith again, I'll be back. Well worth a try.
