Super fun experience! As an ex hockey athlete, i’ve been trying to find a gym that mimics that same community/team feeling. F45 definitely does that! The trainers are fantastic and really knowledgeable; offering advice and alternatives for injuries.
I first discovered F45 on ClassPass, and the energy of the trainers mixed with the beginner-friendly workouts kept me coming back for more!
