I used to love this gym—the coaching staff is talented, and the MEMBERS created a motivating community. Unfortunately, the owner’s conduct has made it impossible to recommend. Over time I witnessed a pattern of unprofessional and toxic behavior that undermines everything good about the place. He gossiped about current coaches and former staff, spread damaging rumors about other members personal life, and has made inappropriate comments about the physical appearance of female members. I have been going to this gym around 5 days a week for nearly 3 years. I’m hooked, and I’ve never felt as welcome and safe in a gym setting as I have at F45 green mountain. I have learned proper form for lifts, all taught by the coaches here. I truly love the energy and enthusiasm that the coaches bring to class, and the structure of the schedule and workouts keeps me motivated and accountable. I have never felt stronger. Visited on an F45 passport from Stratford, London and was totally blown away by the welcome and energy. Had a brilliant workout in a really well laid out and equipped studio. Thanks to Lorynn and Adam for being great hosts.
Very friendly staff, fantastic environment
Visited this studio and had a very pleasant experience! Ethan and Eva had great energy and expertise. Their studio is so big and updated and the members are so friendly.
