I have been going to this gym around 5 days a week for nearly 3 years. I’m hooked, and I’ve never felt as welcome and safe in a gym setting as I have at F45 green mountain. I have learned proper form for lifts, all taught by the coaches here. I truly love the energy and enthusiasm that the coaches bring to class, and the structure of the schedule and workouts keeps me motivated and accountable. I have never felt stronger. Visited on an F45 passport from Stratford, London and was totally blown away by the welcome and energy. Had a brilliant workout in a really well laid out and equipped studio. Thanks to Lorynn and Adam for being great hosts.
