This place is amazing. The skill level, energy and atmosphere are incredible. The owner (Chris) is hands down one of the most genuine people I’ve had the privilege to get to know. He manifests an environment of mutual respect and makes everyone feel valued. At first I was intimidated, thought it would be too difficult but the coaching staff modified the difficult exercises for me. A lifetime of work outs are ahead and this is where I’ll be. You guys rule…

I’ve been a member since the very beginning, and this place is truly special. The dedication the owner has put into it is a clear reflection of his belief that physical fitness and emotional well-being go hand in hand. Even on my darkest days, this gym—and the supportive community members here—have been my rock. That’s why I agree with Kerry: it’s a relief that a few members have chosen, or been asked, to leave. The gym - including the coaches and owner - is a special place where I have been able to build strength, agility, and confidence after two babies and back injury. It also helps me get ready for ski season every year and is the perfect balance between orange theory and CrossFit, both of which I used to do. The encouragement and inclusion is unparalleled and the ability to scale up or down in the workouts, no matter your ability or conditioning, is what I love most. I'd leave 0 stars if I could. This place has gone from being a safe haven to a toxic and unsafe place to workout. The trainers do their best but the owner is toxic. The 5 star reviews are indicative of what the gym USED to be, and the number of members leaving the gym is indicative of what the gym represents NOW. The owner has single handily ruined a community that was built by the members of this gym. Take your money to a gym that deserves you.
