F45 is a diverse workout program that challenges you both in strength and endurance. However, the real winner of this review goes to the Green Mountain Studio. From the start every coach was welcoming! The classes are always well organized for optimizing studio space. The equipment is clean! The studio manager is hard working — always paying attention to the little things that set his studio apart. This place is amazing. The skill level, energy and atmosphere are incredible. The owner (Chris) is hands down one of the most genuine people I’ve had the privilege to get to know. He manifests an environment of mutual respect and makes everyone feel valued. At first I was intimidated, thought it would be too difficult but the coaching staff modified the difficult exercises for me. A lifetime of work outs are ahead and this is where I’ll be. You guys rule…
