F45 is the best!! I’m so glad I joined this amazing community last year! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. People encourage and help each other. The coaches are all wonderful! Ethan, Molly, Faith, Ella, Reno, Adam, Cassie, Jess, Michael and Chris. Big shoutout to all of them! They help with form and they push us to lift heavier, which I love. The best coaches and the best community.
Great community and coaching staff! I’ve been a member for a year and have seen so much progress. Chris is a fantastic owner, Ethan does an excellent job managing, and all of the coaches—Faith, Cassie, Ella, Molly, Reno, Michael, Adam, and Jess—are knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming gym with great coaches and an amazing community!
I’ve been taking classes at F45 Green Mountain for about a year and a half. The classes are fast-paced, challenging (to say the least!), and ever changing. Every coach is knowledgeable, attentive, patient with novices like myself, and could not be nicer. I highly recommend this program for anyone regardless of age or ability. Check them out!
I have been coming to F45 for several months and absolutely love it! While it kicks my butt, I always look forward to going. Every coach is great, and the studio manager Ethan and owner Chris do a great job of knowing everyone's name and really creating a community. I also feel like I always get form help from the coaches and have definitely made strides in strength and weight loss! Highly recommend this studio!
