I’m so happy I found F45 in Greatwood! I really enjoy the variety of daily workouts. Cardio and hybrid days are my favorites, but the friendly trainers also make resistance days fun and motivating. I truly believe it’s a wonderful place to support you in reaching your personal fitness goals.
Amazing gym with a supportive community! I’ve gotten stronger and more confident since joining. The gym is clean and the atmosphere is always welcoming, motivating and full of positive energy. The coaches seem to genuinely care about helping everyone improve, no matter their fitness level and they’re always encouraging you to push yourself while making sure your form is right. Love it here!
I love F45! The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful and will push to make you better!
