I’ve been member of F45 Greatwood for 3 years, completed my 400th workout. Workouts are amazing, you walk out feeling a sense of accomplishment. Don’t be intimidated, if you need to make modifications, the coaches are there to help you. The greatest part of F45 Greatwood is the community. I love F45 soooo much that we bought our house in Greatwood just because it was close to F45! Thanks Coach Brennan, Coach Drake, Coach Lindsay, Coach Hillary, Coach Katie, Coach Avery and Coach Joseph! Ya'll are Awesome!!
My wife and I joined this gym almost two months ago now. All of the coaches are phenomenal. My personal favorite coach who deserves a huge SHOUT OUT is Hillary Hunter. If you ever get the chance to train with her I highly recommend you do. She is always there pushing me to go harder than I even believe myself to be capable of. Set my first personal record there today thanks to her!!
It is my first time back in the gym in 5 years and Derek, Drake, and Danielle have been so amazing helping me with my form and modifying the workouts so I can do them safely. They are so attentive and make you feel so welcome! This place is a gem and I am so excited about getting back into working out because of this place. Even though I was nervous of what to expect and how I would do compared to everyone else because of them I no longer feel nervous and I'm motivated!!
