I had a great workout here! The exercises were fun to do and tough, the trainers were very motivating, and the other participants were a great community. I highly recommend going here!
I don’t even go to this gym but I live at the serafina apartments and get woken up every morning by your loud music. Please do us all a favor and turn your bass and music down.
I don't know why I waited to join! Its been so motivating. I feel good when I leave. Stronger than I have been in a long time. Thank you!
