I recently joined an F45 Training class, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best workouts I’ve ever done! The classes are high-energy, fast-paced, and incredibly effective. Each session is different, which keeps things exciting, and the mix of strength and cardio exercises pushes you to your limits in the best way possible. Aleya and Alyssa are absolutely amazing they definitely are the best motivators in the world! 10/10 recommend!!
F45 is the best training facility in the West Valley! Jenna is awesome! Her encouraging words and positive attitude keeps me motivated throughout every workout!
