I literally cannot say enough great things about F45 Goleta. The workouts are consistently challenging, varied, and actually fun—I’ve truly never felt stronger or in better shape. What really sets this place apart is the community. The coaches and members are incredibly welcoming, supportive, and motivating, and I’ve met some incredible people here. I’ve had a great experience at F45 Goleta! The workouts are challenging, efficient, and easy to fit into a busy schedule. The trainers are motivating, supportive, and very help with form. The vibe is always upbeat and welcoming, which makes it easy to stay consistent. I’ve noticed a real difference in my strength and overall fitness since joining. Highly recommend!
Went to a couple f45 classes with Scott & I must say he’s so helpful, approachable, and friendly! I did both the cardio and the strength classes - they were so fun! The cardio was definitely harder for me. 11/10 recommend! Thank you Scott!
