Awesome workouts and great people! Really good coaching and instruction, super motivating and creates a very structured plan for fitness goals. Get training!
Such a great atmosphere and everyday is a completely unique workout! Also with passport members can train at any studio worldwide 6x a month for FREE!

I started my fitness journey two years ago and F45 is by far my favorite place to workout. The coaches are all amazing, supportive and fun. I love how flexible the studio is, the times of the classes are perfect for me, the music is fire and every workout feels new, fresh and different.
