I started my fitness journey two years ago and F45 is by far my favorite place to workout. The coaches are all amazing, supportive and fun. I love how flexible the studio is, the times of the classes are perfect for me, the music is fire and every workout feels new, fresh and different. Love this gym! So welcoming to all levels, really helped me get into a great workout routine where I feel like I’m getting stronger and healthier. The coaches help you progress with where you are at, I’ve had some shoulder and knee problems and you can always modify for what feels right for you and your body in that moment.
Absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is so positive and motivating, and the workouts push you in the best way possible while still being enjoyable. Every trainer is welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely cares about helping you improve.
