My husband & I have been going here for ~7 months. We are moving out of town and are very sad to leave this community. F45 Goleta is our favorite gym. The coaches are really nice and knowledge people (encouraging but not in your face). We especially appreciate Sam & Jonathan who have been accommodating of our crazy travel schedules. We have been to other F45 locations via the passport system and are always impressed by the standard Goleta F45 sets.

If you are looking to get fit and have fun while doing it F45 is the place! Sam and her team of trainers do an excellent job! The trainers do a great job of helping people with all levels of fitness reach their goals. My wife and I go together and we truly look forward to getting to attend an F45 class. Get in there! You'll be happy you did.

F45 Training Goleta is an amazing gym that has completely transformed my fitness routine! The workouts are fun, challenging, and always different, combining strength and cardio for a full-body workout. The trainers, led by Manager Sam, are incredibly supportive and motivating. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a great community vibe. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, F45 Goleta is the perfect place to push yourself and reach your goals!
