I absolutely LOVE the Memphis Fitness gym. I spend a lot of time in town with work and I always know this place will give me the best possible workout when I am traveling on the road. The staff is amazing and the place is spotless. I highly recommend this facility. Blows away any other gym in the area.
I have been training with F45 Germantown, TN for 10 months, and Sarah Buffo is an awesome coach. Without any hesitation, I would recommend Sarah if anyone is trying to reach their physical/ health goals. I still remember on my first day, she took the time to understand my goals, tailored some movements so that I can keep going without taking foot off the gas. Sarah is awesome! I have been training with F45 for a year, and I’ve seen great gains in strength and confidence. Sarah knows how to push you in the right way without making it overwhelming. Totally recommend if you're looking for someone who knows their stuff and keeps you accountable.
I just finished my first workout class at F45, and it was amazing! Brandon led the session and did an incredible job. He's a fantastic instructor who made the class fun and enjoyable while still pushing everyone to reach their full potential. Big Thanks to Sarah as well. She made me feel welcome on my first day and made it one to remember. I left feeling challenged, motivated, and excited to come back. Great work, Brandon – can't wait for the next class!
Coach Olivia is an excellent trainer. She is very nice and knowledgeable. Her music is fantastic! She always makes sure I have good form when i lift!
