I am an avid Orangetheory Fitness member and have completed over 700 workouts there and 2 full marathons as a result but at 47yo I wanted to change my focus to more functional and weight-based training. I tried F45 and I love it! I love that the cardio aspect is less repetitive than a treadmill block and that everything is more or less strength based movement. I still love my OTF but I love that I have added F45 to get stronger as I get older! Highly recommend! Give it a try! You won’t regret it!
I have really enjoyed my experience the past couple of weeks I have been attending F45. I greatly appreciate the critiques and feedback given by the coaching staff. Other participants are encouraging but also let you go at your own pace.
I always have a fulfilling workout when i leave f45. Coaches are consistently circling the room to make sure form is proper or to help with any guidance. I never feel shy asking for help with an exercise or for them to correct me if I am a little off. The DJ on the weekends turns it up even more which is great. All age ranges every time i attend a class which is a green flag from me! They do a good job pairing you with other members for workouts.
