Tried F45 for the first time as an outer towner visiting from New York City. I must say it was absolutely wonderful. I've done it for 2 days so far, signed up for the whole week. Had Travis the first 2 days, looking forward to the other instructors. Travis was great, so personable and professional, gave great feedback. I did the strength training class and the cardio class so far, Absolutely, highly recommend.
Had a great passport visit at this studio....very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable coaching!
F45 Garden District is more than a gym it’s a true community. The energy is always high, the workouts are challenging, and the trainers are incredibly attentive and supportive. You feel pushed, welcomed, and inspired every time you walk through the door. Can’t recommend it enough!
I'm a little late in providing this review. I moved to NOLA in December. I first started F45 Training in Athens, GA about 2 years ago and was worried that I would have a hard time finding a gym where I had such a positive experience on my fitness journey. I am happy to say that F45 Garden District did not disappoint. The location is convenient, the coaches are amazing, and the facility is fantastic. Excellent studio! The trainers are motivating and really helpful with form corrections and the owner is welcoming and friendly. Lots of space and the showers and locker room area are great. We visited this studio with the awesome F45 Passport program and highly recommend it here!
