Great coaching! Work at your own speed and needs. Classes are just the right balance of weights vs aerobic; and good balance in the numbers of members working out in the gym. Love it!
I just went to f 45 and had a great experience. Zack and Sal are so kind and really make you feel welcomed. The work out was also great and I will definitely be back.
