F45 Garden District is more than a gym it’s a true community. The energy is always high, the workouts are challenging, and the trainers are incredibly attentive and supportive. You feel pushed, welcomed, and inspired every time you walk through the door. Can’t recommend it enough!
I'm a little late in providing this review. I moved to NOLA in December. I first started F45 Training in Athens, GA about 2 years ago and was worried that I would have a hard time finding a gym where I had such a positive experience on my fitness journey. I am happy to say that F45 Garden District did not disappoint. The location is convenient, the coaches are amazing, and the facility is fantastic. Excellent studio! The trainers are motivating and really helpful with form corrections and the owner is welcoming and friendly. Lots of space and the showers and locker room area are great. We visited this studio with the awesome F45 Passport program and highly recommend it here!
I visited F45 during a trip to NOLA. I have a Class Pass membership and I took the opportunity and scheduled a class. I really liked the concept of F45. It is so dynamic and fun that 1hr class goes super fast. The coaches are very helpful whenever you have questions or if you need some support with an exercise variation.
