Make sure you read their promotions very carefully. I purchased the 5 classes for $20 and was only able to use a single class because I didn’t realize I had to use them within 7 days of purchasing. The wording seemed purposefully confusing and I’ve heard similar experiences from others. The class itself was fine but my overall experience was negative and I don’t plan to give them another try.

Friendly, professional, and an amazing workout environment! Every coach truly cares about your progress. I got to join through coach Haley. I’m on my 9th class, and I’m already seeing results—love it! Join us without hesitation!

Great studio! Coach Celine was great and brought a lot of energy and enthusiasm to the class. Very welcoming to passport users. Loved working out there.

I started at F45 Gaithersburg last month and absolutely love it. The instructors are so friendly & welcoming (shoutout Shawnie who is the absolute best & pushes me to do my best) and everyone in the class is so friendly as well. I had never really done strength training before F45 & I have learned so much and can’t wait to continue to grow stronger!
