I started at F45 Gaithersburg last month and absolutely love it. The instructors are so friendly & welcoming (shoutout Shawnie who is the absolute best & pushes me to do my best) and everyone in the class is so friendly as well. I had never really done strength training before F45 & I have learned so much and can’t wait to continue to grow stronger!
I recently joined and I absolutely love it! The workouts are always different and keep you motivated. The coaches are always there to help and the music keeps you going. Love my am workouts!
