Big fan of F45! I’ve been coming since July of 2024 and it has easily become one of the best parts of my day. The coaches are great and the variety of workouts keeps it interesting! 10/10 recommend!

The F45 community in Gaithersburg, MD is hands down one of the best! The coaches are amazing, everyone is extremely friendly and the music selection is always on point! I’ve been coming here for 3 months and I have no complaints. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to start there workout journey but maybe doesn’t like going to the gym alone and wants something more like a group setting. Also!
