This gym is so fantastic! The trainers are wonderful, they have really pushed me to get stronger, which was my main goal. They have a lot of class time options throughout the day which is so convenient. The community is welcoming and I love the combination of strength and cardio training.
Great class. Hard. My favorite part is it flies by. I have never been in a workout class where 45 minutes goes by extremely quick.
