Great experience! I always get a great workout. The trainers are super nice and knowledgeable. The only negative is that some of classes (6 Am) are crowded but I've made it work. There are a lot of options.
My first week at f45 and it has been such a lovely experience. I feel encouraged and push my limits every session. Great staff and amazing trainers!!!
I've been with F45 for 3 years, and it's been amazing! The coaches really take the time to get to know you and push you to reach your goals. The community is fantastic, and I've made some great friends along the way. Highly recommend!
I've been to many f45s in the area since I have the class pass. This is one of the best ones that I've been to by far. The owner was like military like when starting the class. I was like okay this lady is serious. I have been to other f45s were the trainers are on their phones and not even checking your form. There was none of that here. I joined this place two weeks ago and so far my experience has been above expectations. Really great place for work out while having fun. I regret not joining long time ago. Will definitely recommend!
