New ownership is not customer friendly. I was with F45 from last 2 years. I was on hold because of wrist issue from October 2024. Old ownership didnot change me. But new ownership started charging me from 2025 without notifying me even when I am on hold. They are asking for doctor note. Which old ownership never mentioned. I am trying to cancel my membership. I used to suggest F45 to many women previously.
A center where every coach is fantastic that it is tough to find your 1 favorite coach. They push and get the best out of you. 100% recommend if you are someone who has long been wanting to kick your health journey.
John is a great trainer! He is very attentive to all the members and their forms. Great with presentation and time too!
