I stopped in to get more info about classes. They’re expensive, but I was told that for $30 I could try a few to see how I like them. I agreed, the guy took my card and had me sign for the transaction. At no point was I told this is not refundable. Later that night I looked at my budget and decided that even if I like the class I didn’t want to pay their rates. I called to cancel and get my refund. They will NOT return your calls. Been coming here for years and the coaches are all amazing. They helped changed my life for the better- the advice and support I receive from them is unforgettable. Special shout out to coach Aby for all the nutritional coaching and support as prior to this, I lived on Taco Bell, chick fl a, and unhealthy habits. The f45 community here is also super friendly. Would recommend 10/10!
I’ve been with F45 for 2 weeks. I signed up for 6 months due to Karla and the team. I appreciate the checking in, and overall showing up to a great workout. It is worth the money if you’re very busy person and want to be motivated by genuine people.
