Nicole and Brie are excellent instructors, very well-prepared and knowledgeable about each workout’s proper form and technique. They’re super friendly and welcoming and made my first time at this location a blast (which is no small feat because it was the cardio class and I get winded going up a flight of stairs)
I’ve had a great experience at F45 so far. The coaches are incredibly attentive and really focus on helping you get your form right, which makes a huge difference in both safety and results. What stood out the most is the guidance beyond just workouts—they also helped me with my diet, which played a big role in my progress. With their support, I’ve been able to lose fat and build lean muscle more effectively than I expected. Overall, a very supportive and motivating environment. Highly recommend!
