I’ve been with F45 for 2 weeks. I signed up for 6 months due to Karla and the team. I appreciate the checking in, and overall showing up to a great workout. It is worth the money if you’re very busy person and want to be motivated by genuine people.
Absolutely loved my experience at F45! The workouts are intense and effective, and Trainer Ali is incredibly helpful and motivating. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get fit with a great team.

I came here taking the 7 days free and I had not found a place like this, with so much good energy, all the instructors very attentive in motivating you to meet your goals, if you want to clear your mind forget about the stress of day to day, this is the best place, thanks to everyone, especially Karla who is there pushing you to achieve your goals! 5 stars
