I’ve been to more than 10 different F45 studios (across NYC and Boston) and have taken class from many more instructors, Shae is one of the best (if not the best) instructor I’ve ever had. She is by far the most helpful in providing suggested adjustments. She is extremely knowledge, kind, and motivating. She should be training other instructors on how to teach! F45 Foxborough is very lucky to have her!

My husband and I are from out of town. We scheduled a class for 7:45 am. We called in advance about 6am to let them know my daughter’s ear was bleeding and we needed to go to the urgent care. We only have one car, requested a reschedule but the office didn’t bother responding at all. It’s disappointing they don’t support families or emergencies.
I took my first F45 class today with my friend in foxboro. It was awesome! Going in I was a bit nervous as to what to expect & have been wanting to try it for years. Coach Shea & Molly were wonderful! As soon as we walked in they greeted us so warmly. They explained everything from how the class would work and what to expect.
