I’ve been to more than 10 different F45 studios (across NYC and Boston) and have taken class from many more instructors, Shae is one of the best (if not the best) instructor I’ve ever had. She is by far the most helpful in providing suggested adjustments. She is extremely knowledge, kind, and motivating. She should be training other instructors on how to teach! F45 Foxborough is very lucky to have her!
