Staff is so friendly & want to help you get the best work out. The classes are easy to jump into for beginners and they are individualized so you can go at your own pace. Highly recommend F45. Always leave there energized and I can tell I’ve gained so much strength!
Absolutely love this F45! The coaches are energetic and motivating. What better combination than that? I highly recommend this studio regardless of your training level, you’ll feel you belong when you step through the F45 doors.
F45 is LIFE CHANGING!! Its not just a slogan, it's REAL! Over the last 6 months I have gained the most amazing community, my confidence, my strength!! This gym is so welcoming to all, a literal judgement free zone! When I joined i hadn't been to a gym in 5 years or more, I couldn't live without the functional fitness they provide and the accountability that is our amazing coaches and members!
