I looove this gym. I joined in February and it has changed my life! I got out of gym life right before COVID hit and I had a hard time getting back into it. I’m so glad an old coworker recommended F45 because now I’m hooked! Everything about it is great, the atmosphere, the workouts, the people, the high fives after each workout. F45 has changed my life! I am a former collegiate athlete and always thought I had to run in order to stay in shape, but after consistently going to F45 I feel the strongest and fittest I’ve ever been. You’re not only gaining a gym, but also a wonderful community and knowledgeable coaches who truly care about you and your family! This is my favorite studio I’ve ever been to — the energy and coaches are unmatched! I love that F45 is for all people, ages, and fitness levels!
