F45 is a very effective and fun workout. The exercises change day to day so you don't get bored. In 45 minutes, you get a great workout that will likely take 1.5 hours at a regular gym. The coaches are also very professional. I highly recommend F45 for anyone looking to get healthier and in better shape as they really to cater to all fitness levels.
I was thrilled to not only learn there was an F45 here when I moved, but that it's just as great as the other F45 experiences I've had throughout the years. I love it because it's a great blend of strength training and cardio depending on the class, and was my introduction into proper weight lifting techniques, etc. when I first started. Everyone from beginners to those experienced feel welcomed and encouraged. Fantastic community as well!
F45 has changed my life and I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in at 37 years old! It’s the best workout you’ll have in 45 minutes. They cater to any fitness level and the sense of community and friendships made are just added bonuses!
