F45 is LIFE CHANGING!! Its not just a slogan, it's REAL! Over the last 6 months I have gained the most amazing community, my confidence, my strength!! This gym is so welcoming to all, a literal judgement free zone! When I joined i hadn't been to a gym in 5 years or more, I couldn't live without the functional fitness they provide and the accountability that is our amazing coaches and members! Phenomenal workout with phenomenal people. I’ve been to a variety of gyms and fitness classes over the years and this one takes the cake. Never gets boring, never feels too easy, and my increase in strength is noticeable after years of cardio based workouts and light Pilates. I cannot say enough good things, and no matter your age or fitness level I encourage you to give it a try!
