Scammed my college daughter before they first opened. Told her to pay 35$ to become a "founding member" and that she will be informed when they open. Months go by and no emails or texts about the opening only for her to stumble upon a social media post saying they were open for four months. Still not sure what the 35$ was for because apparently it's not for a membership
I had the pleasure of experiencing all that F45 has to offer with my team from Hydrate IV Bar. Hannah was a wonderful coach! I am not great with weights but she was so patient with me in her coaching style in working with an ameteur. Love the variety of workouts in each station. I felt it hit all areas the body needs for an exceptional workout! Thanks to the owner Dave for this wonder opportunity!
I had a great first workout with F45. I was grateful to Hannah for showing us proper form and also different modifications to each workout. I had a fun time while also getting a good workout in.
