I was a F45 member for 2 and a half years, and one recurring frustration at some studios has been the lack of attention from certain trainers. Great trainers, great (and intense) workouts, all round brilliant atmosphere at F45 Fitzroy!
I love this gym - the trainers are great they make the classes fun so the classes go really fast. The trainers really pay attention to your form so you don’t end up with injuries and you can monitor your progression.
Just did my first class today, very rewarding class and a very welcoming crew. Recommend for any newcomers or veteran gym goers!
