F45 has been such a welcoming and supportive community from day one! The coaches and members make every workout feel like more than just exercise, it’s an encouraging and uplifting environment. Coach Abby is truly the reason I joined! She is so sweet, so supportive, and genuinely makes me feel like she cares about my progress and well-being. Her energy and encouragement keep me motivated every class. If you’re looking for a gym where you feel valued and pushed to be your best, this is the place!
I’ve had an amazing experience so far at F45! I’ve been looking for a new routine after surgery and a shoulder injury and this has been a perfect way to ease myself back into it. Lindsey in particular has always been so warm and welcoming and I have enjoyed getting to know other members. I look forward to attending more classes!
I had the BEST time at F45 Fishers Geist! The workout was challenging and the studio is clean and well organized. Trainers JC and Olivia were so attentive and encouraging!! Thank you guys for a great workout!

Switched gyms recently to the Geist location & SO happy I did! The atmosphere is amazing and the trainers there will push you to your full potential while keeping it fun!
