It is a hard working and friendly community that trains here. Also easy to reach for anyone working in the businesses in the center of the city as the gym is right in the middle of the center city
Good place great people
F45 Ferrymead is a great place for people of all ages and fitness levels. The trainers are all very supportive and no two workouts are ever the same!! I love that I don't have to think about what to do, I just turn up, get told what to do and leave 45 minutes later :)
An amazing place to workout. Great trainers, encouraging team environment and fun workouts. Highly recommend
