I started going to F45 a few weeks ago after working out on my own for a few years and hitting a slump. F45 has helped me find my rhythm again! I’m feeling stronger, more consistent, and actually excited to show up every day.
I cannot say enough good things about this gym. Everyone is friendly and just there to get a good workout in. The workouts are challenging and they go by fast. I honestly wish I had started coming here sooner. The coaches are all great! I normally go to the 8:30 AM class and Colette is the awesome! I really look forward to going. It’s such a positive start to my day!
I love taking F45 classes. I joined so that I could work on strength and resistance training. I am challenged in every class and I leave with a huge smile on my face, a sense of accomplishment and the feeling that I made it through. I highly recommend that you try F45 to see if the approach for training works for you.
My wife started going to F45 and loved it. Needless to say I had to see what the Buzz was about… I have never “worked out” and 5:15am is early. I went. I started going and just finished my 8th class. Now I will be going 3 times a week. It is pretty amazing!
These workouts are no joke! But it's also really cool to have the exercises in the screen! Makes knowing what to do so easy!
