I love this F45 gym and the people there! It’s so nice to just show up and not have to plan your own workout. 45 minutes and you’re done with your workout for the day! Super clean facility and equipment. I’m so glad I tried this place and became a member.
The g and coaches are awesome
I started going to F45 a few weeks ago after working out on my own for a few years and hitting a slump. F45 has helped me find my rhythm again! I’m feeling stronger, more consistent, and actually excited to show up every day.
I cannot say enough good things about this gym. Everyone is friendly and just there to get a good workout in. The workouts are challenging and they go by fast. I honestly wish I had started coming here sooner. The coaches are all great! I normally go to the 8:30 AM class and Colette is the awesome! I really look forward to going. It’s such a positive start to my day!
