I tried F45 for the first time today and had Lachie B as my trainer. It was really great, I often overthink when it comes to exercise but the layout is perfect as everything is set up for you. I felt welcomed and included from the start and the music and atmosphere was really motivating. Lachie was super helpful and really funny. I definitely recommend to everyone, even if you're a beginner, it's worth a try :)) thank you

I love training at F45 Erina. The trainers are very engaging and great at helping ensure we train safely and with good technique. They're a good laugh too! There's a great community feel to the gym even though there's a varied mix of people in terms of ages, stage of life (kids, no kids, etc) and fitness. It's real pleasure training here!
