I’ve been going to F45 for three weeks and I’m already really impressed! The 45-minute classes are fun, fast-paced, and the friendly atmosphere makes it way more enjoyable than a regular gym. The coaches hype you up, the music is on point, and I’ve noticed real results—I’m getting stronger and pushing harder than before. Even my heart rate tells the story: at a regular gym I’d barely hit 130–140 BPM, but at F45 I’m averaging 160–175 BPM, which is a game-changer for my fitness!

I was in town for work and popped in for a workout, I was blown away with how clean, tidy and fresh the gym was. But what really stood out was how welcoming, professional and dedicated the owner, and all staff were. I really look forward to my next workout at F45 Emerald.
