Been going to this gym since 2020, highly recommend. Been a blast to come here to workout each day. Like any gym, you get what you put in, however, this gym has a great community and the workout system is infinitely variable. No two workouts are the same, so your body and mind can never get complacent. You certainly feel the workouts in the moment and the next day or two. Definitely worth a try if you are curious. You may just end up loving it as I did. Bravo!

I took my first class at the F45 Ellisville location and had such a great experience. Brody, the trainer, was incredibly friendly, motivating, and so helpful throughout the entire workout. He made sure everyone understood the movements and felt supported, which really made a difference. The owner, Emily, was also there and was so welcoming and kind. It’s clear she’s created a positive and encouraging environment. The space felt energetic and well run, and I’ll definitely be back!
