It's very sad that I have to leave F45 Ellerslie due to moving. I've had the best 1.5 years of workouts here. As someone who’s naturally not a fan of working out or going to the gym, F45 Ellerslie has given me great motivation, along with wonderful friends and amazing coaches who have truly inspired me.
