I have really enjoyed being a member at this studio. Of course, the workout is great and I love that it is 45min - but that is only half the battle. The studio is well-maintained, easily accessible, and has lots of parking. I have also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is clearly very passionate about helping the community achieve their health and fitness goals. Whether you are a newcomer or a seasoned athlete, this F45 location is the perfect supplement to your fitness routine.

Amazing spot for a great team inspired workout. I’m up to 5 times a week and seeing the results! The trainers Justin, Megan, Jason and Sydney are amazing and build a friendly and encouraging environment to improve yourself. First time members also get a FREE 3 session trial! Don’t wait, try it out today! Hopefully you love it as much as I do!
The trainers are super knowledgeable and the other members make it a very welcoming environment. We highly recommend giving this gym a try!
