I finally returned to F45 after a long hiatus. Tina and all of the coaches have been so welcoming and supportive. They help keep me motivated, and I appreciate that they support people at all levels of fitness.
F45 Eastlake has been nothing short of an awesome journey in my road to getting fit. The energy that ALL the coaches bring day in and day out and the community atmosphere they create, keep most of us coming back month after month.

I’ve been attending F45 classes at this location since 2021! I’ve been with them through two pregnancies and postpartum journeys trying to navigate getting back into shape and feeling more like myself. Coach Tina and Coach J are always so encouraging and help you push towards your goals. The coaches all bring a positive energy each day.
