Cannot recommend this gym enough. I have been a member for a little over a year now and look forward to each and every workout. Energy is high, coaches are helpful and encouraging, and it’s transformed my fitness. Love F45!
Been at this gym for 4 years. I LOVE it! Coaches and workouts are always fun and I never get bored! Highly recommend if you have a busy schedule and “don’t have time” for the gym. It’s 45 min. You can always find time for that!
I hadn’t worked out in years, joined f45 and immediately felt super comfortable! I was super intimidated but they make it so easy to follow I picked it up within one class!
I cannot say enough good things about this gym. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly face at the front desk who made me feel very comfortable on my first day. The coach asked if I had any injuries and helped me with my form throughout the workout. The other people at the gym were friendly and introduced themselves. I’ve been going to F45 for 7 months now and honestly love it! I feel healthier, more energetic, and definitely more fit. I wasn’t much of a workout person before (I lacked motivation), but now I genuinely look forward to it each morning. Coaches Billy and Joe are awesome. They are friendly, supportive, and keep things fun while still pushing you in the best way. I enjoy the group atmosphere and the video examples make it really easy to follow along. I can’t recommend this place enough!
