Brooke and Maddi were amazing!! They were encouraging and excited to help. They corrected my form when they needed to and I felt accomplished and confident with what I was doing while working out in their facility. Thank you!

Great team of people. Everybody is knowledgeable, helpful, and inviting. I’m not someone who has been traditionally comfortable in a gym. But F45 has been a great fit for me. I highly recommend F45 and the team at this location.

Tried my first class today. I’ve been doing CrossFit, and love that, but just wanted to change it up a little. I liked that the class I attended focused on small muscle groups and time under tension. Andrea was a great instructor, helping me to change up my form and encouraging me throughout the workout. Overall, I really enjoyed it and look forward to trying another class.
