I’ve started attending F45 recently and I am hooked! From the time you walk in the door until you leave, you feel like you’ve gained a family. The owner, Hailey, is a gem, and the trainers are supportive every step of the way. The workouts have a lot of variety in them & there are so many different ways to modify & make them fit where you are at any point of your well ese journey. And did I mention you get a heck of a workout in 45 mins???? Say less, stop reading, and come check them out. They are fantastic! 💪🏾🤎✨
This gym is an absolute must! Haliely the General manager is incredible. Her charming whitty personality makes being at F45 Training a one of a kind experience.
