Effective full body workout which you can customize to your own pace and level. Very motivating coaches! Coach Elijah is great; very friendly and shows you what modifications you can make. Overall a very clean gym and equipment! Great location in the Foothills.
Coach Elijah is great at giving the countdown to each exercise. It allows you to give maximum effort. Angela is the location manager and a coach. She has a welcoming demeanor. It’s a comfortable and supportive location. I really enjoy my workouts here!
CLEAN facilities, nice people, great trainers and fun!
Exercise routines that you can customize to your own skill level and pace. A great mix up from the regular exercise routine. Elijah is a great coach.
I have been going to F45 since they opened in July 2022. We have a new instructor Ilijah. He is fantastic! Great workouts. Great classes!
