I called and asked the owner Mr. David why the office hasn't contacted me in over a week to schedule first appointment. He abruptly hung the phone up. This type of behavior shows that the owner is rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional.
All of the instructors are so attentive, and know exactly how to support all of their athletes. This gym is really unique, and very fun! I love how fast paced and high energy it is! The structure of the class is so nice because it is a lot of effort in a short amount of time.
I really enjoy going to this gym. They always have great energy and help you perfect your form. I love that they switch up the workouts abs have nice mixes of music. I look forward going to the gym again and they are very clean!!
Really great place to work out and they do time under tension/tempo workouts! So hard to find tempo workouts! Love this place because I’m just tryna stay in good shape to surf and not get hurt while doing workouts. This is the perfect place to stay in good shape and train while I’m not surfing! Coaches are great!
