I was only in Dunedin for a short while and have never tried F45 before. The team here at F45 CBD are spectacular and I couldn't recommend it enough. It was a great way to start my mornings and I can't wait to incorporate it into my routine when I return home. Thank you to all the AMAZING coaches I had!! I appreciate you guys so much :)

Genuinely the best f45 studio I've been to. I travel a bit for work and when I'm in Dunedin try to make one of their morning classes here. The culture of the staff is outstanding and this rubs off in the energy in studio, always come away feeling stoked

You guys are awesome and I missed you the minute I left the gym. As an F45 regular I've had the pleasure fo visiting about 7 different studios in the past 2 years. I train 5-6 times a week so it's an important part of my life. This one in Dinedin CBD is the best studio I've been to for the vibe, support, systems, encouragement, welcome, friendliness...
