My wife has gone to F45 studios for many years and has always had a great experience and loves F45. However when she attempted to cancel her membership at the Dumbarton location, they have not answered her multiple emails, her DM’s to the studio via IG, nor have they called me back the times I call and leave a voicemail. Instead they have not even acknowledged our request and continue to charge her weekly. This experience has never happened at any other F45 studio we’ve gone to.
I love, love, love F45 Dumbarton! The atmosphere and coaches really keep you motivated through the entire workout and ready for the next workout. Feeling strong, accomplished and ready to take on the day!

Love F45!! I’ve been going for a little over a month now and can honestly say it’s the best workout you’ll do. Not having to plan the workout each day is the best part and it’s different each day, plus, you’re doing the whole workout with someone! It’s so welcoming.
