Was lucky enough to train here a couple of days, super friendly, large bright studio with loads of parking on great retail park…
My wife has gone to F45 studios for many years and has always had a great experience and loves F45. However when she attempted to cancel her membership at the Dumbarton location, they have not answered her multiple emails, her DM’s to the studio via IG, nor have they called me back the times I call and leave a voicemail. Instead they have not even acknowledged our request and continue to charge her weekly. This experience has never happened at any other F45 studio we’ve gone to.
