Unbelievably, awful experience before I ever even made it in to meet with anyone. Spoke briefly on the phone with the owner who was beyond rude and hung up on me. Called back later in the day to see if I could get someone on the phone other than the owner as I wanted to return the call of the person who originally called me to let them know what happened.
