Joining F45 Dresher has been one of the best moves I’ve done! During my trial, the coaches made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I felt like I was in the best hands, which made fully joining 100x easier. I can’t say enough great things about everyone & the workout itself.

I can't say enough great things about my experience at F45. The community, team and coaches have been so supportive to my family and I as we pushed ourselves this year. F45 Dresher gives me the opportunity to stay active and consistent! I love the energy and the vibe that the team brings every day!

My home away from home!! I absolutely love the members and the coaches there that make every second in studio a positive moment in my day. Also allows me to stay active which is harder and harder as the years go by! 🙏🏼❤️
