Studio was supposed to open in the spring, my wife and I both paid for memberships, and all the way up to October (literally moved out of state in October) we would walk by the studio and see unfinished construction and tools everywhere. We’ve both reached out in every manner of contact to the studio over the course of about 2 months and haven’t been able to cancel and get our refund. Absolute scam artists. They clearly have no intention of ever opening the studio and it’s starting to just seem like straight up fraud.
Paid for the founding membership in august. The studio has yet to open and I’ve since joined a different location. I have contacted the downtown studio multiple times via text, email, voicemails, IG/Facebook messages and there is zero communication or response for the studio. All I want is my deposit to be refunded. Since all studios are owned individually as a franchise, HQ cannot help other than encouraging me to continue to reach out directly to the studio.
Great team environment, good workout. Great for people who wouldn't work out hard on their own. Spendy gym.
