I previously attended an F45 studio in another state, and I feel very fortunate to have found this studio after moving. Everyone here is incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive. The coaches are always there to help and have been especially patient and encouraging with new members, including my husband who recently joined. Kim, the owner, is very kind and truly makes you feel welcome. It feels like a supportive community, and I highly recommend this studio.

The staff and coaches here are THE BEST!! I feel welcome every time I step foot in the gym and I love how to coaches take the time to help you with your form, educate you the best possible way to execute certain movements, and I love the how clean the space is!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in Raleigh!
Been to many F45 clubs around the country this one definitely is in the tops! Clean club! Very friendly, professional, and dedicated trainers! They correct form and make sure you are working to your potential! Looking to be challenged here is the place to be!
I go to F45 gyms across the country, and this is definitely one of the best I’ve seen. Kim has done a great job and really keeps the energy up! Wish I could attend here more often
