His ability to deliver quick, actionable form adjustments on the fly ensures you’re moving safely while maximizing every station. The community vibe is welcoming, the pacing never lags, and Gus makes sure everyone leaves having gotten 100% out of the session. Highly recommend jumping into one of his classes.

Love this studio! I found F45 through Class Pass and ended up joining as an unlimited member. The workouts are tough but the coaches, members, energy, and all the vibes make it easy to come regularly without regret. If circuit training is new to you, the first class may be a little overwhelming but the coaches and other members are always there to help support you and as you keep coming, you start to see a lot of the same movements and feel more comfortable with your form and weights.
