Love the environment and energy of everyone I’ve interacted with. The workouts are fun but difficult, doing them time based and as a group gives some great motivation. Trainers are knowledgeable and kind. Would definitely recommend
I’ve been to quite a few F45s around the country and this is probably one of the most welcoming and friendly environment I have been at. Not only are the trainers introducing themselves, but they’re very attentive throughout the session, checking in on you if there’s any questions for assistance. The members that attend are also super nice! Russ, the owner has built a great culture to be around.
I had a great experience at this studio. The instructors were incredibly welcoming and helpful in giving feedback/modifications. The atmosphere was motivating, and I always left feeling satisfied with my workout. Highly recommend!
I absolutely love F45! The workouts are fun, challenging, and always changing, so I never get bored. I love that I can get an amazing sweat in and be in and out in under an hour. This is the most consistent I’ve ever been with a workout program, and I’m genuinely seeing changes in my strength and body. The environment is welcoming and supportive, and it truly feels accessible for all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned gym-goers. Highly recommend!
