I mean, it's not cheap. their advertising is very confusing. its not clear you only have 5 days to use. also, its says "UNLIMITED" but on my trial shows 10 classes. tried to chat with them and it wasnt possible..... ___________________________________________ I booked through class pass and really enjoyed the class and energy! Amazing classes! Amazing coaches! I have a three month old and don’t have much time to spend hours at the gym. But with this class I’m in and out, I’ve been at it for 2 weeks and I can already see a difference in my body and my overall stamina! Worth every dime.
I really enjoyed the class and energy! The playlist is superb and keeps you going. What I loved the most is that the circuit is intense and straightforward. No time to waste or think. You really push hard and then you go home!

loved my experience with Ty at the downtown Orlando studio! He and the community really embodies what f45 is all about! Highly recommend visiting if you live in the area or are in town.
