Incredible studio for 45-minute HIIT workouts. The coaches there do a great job with teaching techniques, pushing for progress, and accountability. 100% recommend.
I visited F45 downtown Boise recently, and it was outstanding. Fantastic coaches—Hannah and Steve were motivating, clear, and full of energy. F45 as a system is second to none. If you’re looking for a complete workout that delivers real results—with structure, variety, and zero guesswork—this is it. Every session is efficient, challenging, and leaves you feeling accomplished. Whether you’re local or just passing through, F45 Eagle is a great place to train.
Worked in Boise for a few months as I travel for work and found myself stopping in F45 1-2 times while in the area. Loved the atmosphere but came back to this location to see the smiling and welcoming staff at 5 am. These workouts always made me very sore but it was always the best 45 minute workouts. Worked out here through ClassPass.
For several years I have battled depression due to my weight issue. I have tried weight loss pills and sometimes i would try the local gym. But I could never commit to either one of them. The location is ideal, being close to my home in the North End. The facility is always clean, and the coaches are incredibly friendly, greeting me warmly upon arrival.
