This F45 is by far my favorite F45 studio!! I live in Seattle but come out yearly for a week. I’m always welcomed and treated like family, which speaks to how kind and welcoming the coaches and gym members are. This is a bright and clean gym space, and I love the access to workout towels and cool towels after each class. This is also a Hyrox affiliate gym. I've been an F45 member in another state and have visited multiple F45 locations over the years, so I have a good basis for comparison. After moving to the area, I instantly fell in love with this gym and its community. The trainers are wonderful, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping members succeed.
