I really enjoy all the different classes and how they rotate. Each class is an extremely efficient work out. On top of that it is fun! The music is always bumping and the coaches and members make everyone feel welcome.
Really enjoy the f45 program!
F45 is the best workout. All the classes are challenging and never repetitive. There’s variation in each workout that always pushes me in ways I wouldn’t push myself alone. I LOVE the community of F45. I’ve made so many great friends that I look forward to working out with each day. The members and coaches are incredible ❤️
