It honestly feels like personal training without the cost. The trainers actually pay attention and push you the right way. I’ve been seeing results faster than I thought.
This place is terrible and I almost want to say they don’t like people from ClassPass. I booked them not once but twice and BOTH times they cancelled. The last time they canceled 40 min before the class and I was on my way! This is beyond unprofessional and they need some training on professionalism. I also tried calling and the google voice subscriber never answers. ZERO stars.
Me encantó ENRG Fitness, los entrenadores son muy amigables, motivadores y muy profesionales, en mi primer entrenamiento se tomaron el tiempo de explicarme cómo funcionaba el entrenamiento y me guiaron con atención durante la clase, fue súper variado y dinámico, el instructor me animaba a seguir esforzándome para dar todo mi 💯realmente amé la clase, superrrr recomendado!!
ENRG Fitness has been such a great find. The group training workouts are always different, which keeps things fun and challenging. What I really appreciate is how knowledgeable the trainers are — they’re great at adjusting exercises for injuries or any limitations while still making sure you get an effective workout. It’s hard to find a gym that combines smart training with a supportive environment like this.
