What a blast! Was referred by my taekwondo master. The trainers make the class so much fun, great personal attention for technique & form, great music…very clean, and a wonderful atmosphere! Love it, so thankful to the team of instructors - if you’re thinking about fitness give it a try- cozier than a large gym and each class is varied, full body workouts. Thanks ENRG!!! B
