F45 Dogtown is a hidden fitness gem in the heart of the city. Located right down the street from Forest Park alongside restaurant, shops, and a brewery, the gym features some of the nicest coaches alongside a clean and fresh + compact interior aesthetic. The workouts are quick and efficient -- and, if you are having a bad work week, it is nice to offload the planning since the daily curriculum is written out + planned beforehand by the F45 staff.
Absolutely love this gym! The energy during the workouts as well as the trainers is top notch. The gym community here is inviting and fun as well! What are you waiting for? Go try a free workout!
My friends and I were in St Louis for a weekend and we visited F45 Dogtown. My goodness we were so pleased with our experience there. The owners and staff and went above and beyond to ensure our time there went great. The workout was very challenging and felt so great afterwards! Will definitely come back if/when in St. Louis again!
