Would not recommend to anyone I know.
I dropped into this F45 location while visiting St. Louis and really enjoyed the experience. The “Marathon” workout was challenging in the best way, and the coaches were welcoming and motivating. However, I do not live in St. Louis. I provided my out-of-town zip code and address when completing the waiver, so the daily automated AI calls encouraging me to sign up have been confusing and honestly off-putting.
