I dropped into this F45 location while visiting St. Louis and really enjoyed the experience. The “Marathon” workout was challenging in the best way, and the coaches were welcoming and motivating. However, I do not live in St. Louis. I provided my out-of-town zip code and address when completing the waiver, so the daily automated AI calls encouraging me to sign up have been confusing and honestly off-putting. Visiting from Fort Collins, CO & place is great! Had Bri as my trainer & she was super welcoming & crushed it! Manages, does sales & teaches a majority of the classes. Highly recommend checking this place out!

I am a 66 year old male and I feel very comfortable working out at F45 Dogtown. The coaches are extremely understanding and well trained. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. I always look forward to my workouts here. I especially like to take advantage of the Flex time that is offered here. Members can come to the gym and do the daily workouts during off time when there aren't any regularly scheduled classes. The flexibility to work out when I have the time is very important to me.
