This place is the best training I have ever had. The crew are professional, caring and just good people. The same trainers for some time now. Liv, Kendra and the rest the trainers are so dedicated to getting results for everyone.
I've been to four F45 studios in Australia and this is my favourite. It's held in a large space with fantastic trainers. Booking via the app is very easy. It's a clean space and the other attendees are very friendly and supportive of one another. Highly recommend.
Just started training here after 6 months off and staff are so lovely and extremely knowledgeable! Has a really great vibe and energy to it
