I have been a F45 members for over three years now and was original at the Steelyard location. With their merge, I was forced to move to the next closest one which is this location. Found out that unlike the other location, they do not honor if someone moves to a location not within driving distance. I am moving over 70 minutes away and was reminded by them that I signed a six month contract and 'should have selected monthly." F45 Watertown is an incredible place to work out! The team is amazing and creates such a positive, motivating environment that keeps you coming back for more. The staff is friendly and the community is great, especially the early morning crew who show up ready to work even in tough weather and very early hours. Truly grateful for everything here. You have to join to really appreciate it!

This is such a fun gym and great community. The trainers are all really knowledgeable and helpful with correcting your form. It’s small classes so you get lots of personal attention. All the other members are really welcoming and it’s fun to work out in a group setting. Workouts are hard, but can be tailored to whatever level you’re at. I highly recommend!

Clean gym. Coaches are involved and inspire and teach you both the exercises and about nutrition. Very good environment and energy !
F45 is getting me back to where I want to be. I just started and this is my second class so I have only experienced Coach Mike. I am a 22yr Army Vet and he is phenomenal. He is a great motivator and he actually checks to insure that you are doing the exercises correctly to keep you from injuring yourself. I am so excited to experience the other coaches and to see the results I'm going to get from all the work I put in. I would recommend this gym to anybody, beginner or experienced. Traci McDowell
