Love this place! Especially if you come on a Saturday they have a DJ and the energy is live!
I love F45! It is a great workout, fast and effective. I love the coaches ( Courtney and Kristen ) and the energy they bring to the studio. This location has great members and alway clean and well taken care of.
I’ve been going to F45 for a year, and my body is feeling great! I’m happy to have a good variety that challenges all muscle groups! Today we had a calf exercise that kicked my calves like crazy! Thx F45!
