I did a free trial class at F45 Dedham and loved that they offer early morning options for busy people like myself. I got myself up for the 5:15am class and was warmly greeted. When your figuring out your fitness journey it can be daunting trying to navigate. The trainers and people you workout are all so welcoming and helpful! I made it through the 45min cardio workout. And highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel the mental and physical push in their life. I'm strongly leaning towards doing their 3 day trial for $30!

I received an unsolicited text from someone at this gym. I asked about the pricing but Lauren refused to give me any information and wrote in a way that felt passive aggressive, insinuating I didn’t understand what I was buying so I wasn’t allowed to get any pricing. It overall just felt very scammy and uncomfortable. I asked to be removed from any further communication via text or email.
