I started my journey with F45 three months after my third child was born. I chose F45 because I wanted a clean, organized, and friendly environment—and most importantly, a functional workout that I could apply to my daily life. Now, two years later, I’ve lost 30 pounds and decreased my total body fat mass by 8%. I have never felt healthier or stronger, and I owe it all to the incredible trainers at this location. You are truly amazing! I’m excited to see where this healthy journey will take me next.
Great workouts as an organization. Issue is canceling your membership. No longer convenient to attend this specific branch went in signed forms and was verbally told I would not be charged any longer. I am still getting charged. Horrible customer service and needs to be changed. Would be better off buying month by month.
I love F45. It’s a great workout.
