Started F45 about 3 weeks ago and I'm really liking it so far. The workouts are tough but in a good way, and the coaches and members are super encouraging. I like that every class is different so it doesn’t get boring. The 45-minutes is perfect because it’s quick but I still feel like I get a really good workou in. I’m glad I joined!
I had completely fallen off from going to the gym, and F45 honestly helped me get back into being consistent again. There’s something so powerful about getting up first thing in the morning, knocking out a workout, and starting your day already feeling accomplished — it sets the tone for everything else. Began F45 with a 7-day trial promotion and signed up by the end of the week. Coaches are knowledgeable and kind when giving advice on form and corrections. Clean and organized facility; an encouraging atmosphere where everyone is working their hardest to get stronger.
