We have developed over 30 different 45 minute workouts, with more currently in development. Our studios offer the same class at different times throughout the day. I love this place and its people. Super simple workout that hits my full body in the shortest time.
Storm is an amazing trainer and coach. Always helps to push harder and keep good form. Highly recommend joining this studio.
This is the perfect place for an introvert and extrovert… The group classes really help you get some real work done and some real results happening with or without connecting to others working out with you. And the culver city F45 is such a positive community - coach Tai coach Storm coach Kate coach Angelie and everyone else I’ve met here is just the absolute best!! 💙💙💙💙💙💙 oh also, you get a really great app with membership that also helps with your nutrition.
It’s always nice to feel at home with the love and support of the F45 community! Huge thanks to the amazing coaches at F45 Culver City—Angelie, Tai, Rob, and Storm—for their warm hospitality and high-energy coaching. Their motivation and welcoming spirit made my visit truly memorable. Can’t wait to be back!
