Poor communication and focused on getting money out of you instead of helping you with your fitness goals. Very disappointing experience. I was a member here for two years. When it was time to move on, I put in my 30 days notice (Which by the way, they make it very hard to cancel because you have to get in contact with the manager, which she took over a week to get back to me, before you can even start your thirty day notice), yet when the 30 days were up, they continued to charge me and the manager refused to return my call... read more

I just started going here and already love it! All the coaches are super friendly and have made an effort to learn my name right away, which makes such a difference. Everyone working out is really encouraging and positive — it honestly feels like a team or little gym family. I actually look forward to coming in, which says a lot!
