I was a little intimidated returning back to work outs after several years, but F45 and the trainers made the return worth while. The sessions are challenging and intense, but with the encouragement and support of the trainers, it create an environment of "I can't wait until the next session!" I appreciate feeling like I worked out. F45 is efficient and effective. We are all busy, but we all can find 45 mins to invest in our health. See you at the next class!
