Only a week in at F45 Training Creve Coeur and I’m obsessed! Great energy, amazing coaches, and seriously effective workouts. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a fun, supportive fitness community!
Great clean place. Lisa was great and very nice.
Had a terrible experience with the owner, Dan. He was extremely rude and condescending.
I have been working out here for one month now and it is great. I also have tried orange theory and some other places and F45 is the best so far.
